Update:: just had our spring checkup with Kerwin Clift inspecting our unit. Again, wonderful service with a very knowledgeable technician!!! Our unit has worked well, given us great temperature control in our home and our electric bill has dropped. We are very happy with our purchase!! 4-20-2026
We have had a great experience with every technician from Robinson Air. They have all been very knowledgeable, courteous, and considerate. Our new heat pump is working well and keeping our home perfectly comfortable. They cleaned up so nicely after the job also. I did run into several problems with the answering service. They do not know what they are doing, they misscheduled technicians, called me numerous times with appointments that did not happen and had no consideration for my time and needs. If you can actually get an appointment with a technician, you are going to be so happy with Robinson Air!

He mentioned that our systems was working fine since it wa aonlt 2 years old. I must say the systems is actually only a few months old. Ot was replaced a few kings ago die to a malfunction of the one put in prior. Otherwise the service was very good and thank you

He took pics explained every part of the unit never had any one ever taken apart the unit and showed me the inner part definitely. Would request him in the future. Such a wonderful experience starting with the first phone call. My call was answered with a polite and informative responses, and a technician was scheduled to come out the very next day! Our technician, Kevin, was friendly, thorough, and laid out all of our options nicely and completely when having issues with our dryer vent system. Also, very reasonable prices!
